This equipment is mainly used for high temperature sintering and heat treatment of metal materials, with maximum design temperature of 1350°C and common working temperature of 1250°C. After the conditions have been set, the heating program can run fully automatically without manual operation, improving process stability.The ultimate vacuum of this equipment is 2×10-3Pa, pressure rise 0.3Pa/h, temperature uniformity ±3℃, which can be used for sintering rare earth magnetic materials such as NdFeB and SmCo. This equipment, furthermore, can be set alarms for over temperature and pressure, low water pressure, no current and voltage and so on, to provide timely alarms in the event of abnormalities, as well as alarm records that can be traced, ensuring the safety of equipment and products.
