On the change of the magnetic field of axially magnetized circular rings as the number of rings increases

      How does the magnetic field change whenring magnetsof different sizes are placed in a ring magnet? Will its magnetic field strength and field uniformity be improved compared to a single magnet? Our expectation is that the difference between the middle magnetic field and the edge magnetic field is within 100Gs.We did a test ,first,we getthe magnetic field distribution on the surface of the D50*20 axially magnetized cylindrical magnet, as shown in Figure 1:

    From figure8we can see ,the central surface magnetic field does not match our expectations (the difference between the middle magnetic field and the edge magnetic field is within 100Gs)

     Figure 9 shows that the magnetic field at the edge increases as the number of rings increases, with a maximum of close to 14000Gs, while the magnetic field at the edge of the D50*20 cylinder is close to 8000Gs.

To sum up, this method cannot improve the magnetic field in the center of the cylinder, that is, it cannot reduce the gap between the central magnetic field and the edge magnetic field.But increasing theedge magnetic field is beneficial to improving the Pull force of the suctionassembly.How to improve the magnetic field intensityat the center of the axially magnetized cylinder surface,we still need to continueoptimizing of the magnet combination.
